Slow Swing basics
We learned a “new” basic step, which is slightly modified Lindy Hop triples. Instead of pulsing vertically, we want to create shapes on a horizontal level, for example by stepping out and in during the triple steps. We added shapes, turns, and walks on top of it. Roll your feet and kneed the floor like pizza dough ;)
Also, we added entrance to side-to-side bouncing movement.
