Follower initiated movements

A couple of exercises for followers to add dynamics and lengthening movements meanwhile leaders focus on responding.

There are of course endlessly more ways than shown for followers to influence the overall shape of the dance. Leaders train their ability to respond.

We also showed couple of ideas how to lengthen movements from leader’s perspective.
